The quality of the food is sub par. I ask for cheese on my hashbrowns and they literally just used kraft sliced cheese. Overall... not my pick to eat at but the service was good. Read more

So stopped in for supper with my pops I was looking for seating due to covid away from others; immediately was yelled at by the... cook and told the only seating is in the corner where the rest of the guests are seated. Then she proceeded to be hateful to herwaitress that is new to the job the entire time, when I received my food there was a piece of sausage cooked to my bacon.Overall experience was bad. It was not clean. You can clearly see the marks on the table from previous wipe. The maple syrup bottles are sticky and lick... out. Employees welcome a regular people but not newcomers. They just told me to SIT DOWN. There is absolutely NO 6 ftdistance. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, And I definitely will tell friends and family NOT to visit this place. I heard of Waffle House but we don?t have them in CA. I?m not crazy about waffles but they have the best peanut butter waffles &... bacon for sure. I enjoyed my All Star Special with the exception of the grits. I will get the hash browns instead on my nextvisit. The place is small but the kids like coming here for waffles & bacon. Price is reasonable for the amount of food theyserve, quick bite & kids friendly. Read more
I go to this waffle house almost 3 times a week for the past five years. Trust me I don?t expect superior customer service every... single time, everybody has their days but tonight was just terrible. Nina was extremely high and had an AirPod in and was on thephone texting while taking my order!!? Then proceeds to get angry and have an attitude when she has to ask what I said, becauseshe didn?t hear me! (Nina did not have a hair net on or her hair up. No gloves and touched my food with her hands after watchingher touch money, pens, and her phone.) So while making my food she burnt my waffle, and when I asked to see it she groaned as ifit was and inconvenience and walked away so then I asked Vicky and she said ? im busy. Im not your server, so ask her? androlled her eyes. Not only did she charge for items we didn?t get it but then proceeded to not listen and not take the chargeoff. When I had asked for Tabasco in a side cup she said no we don?t have lids even though I said I don?t mind I?ll just holdit. If I?m such an inconvenience then you don?t need to be a server. If you don?t like your job or tips then it?s not the jobfor you. I will be finding out how to get a hold of corporate or whoever owns this one exactly and letting them know howterrible my night was.
