I went through the drive through on 9/7 at around 11:56am. I asked if there was an option that was similar to a spicy chicken... but grilled. They said no so I got a number 6, spicy chicken sandwich meal. On the screen it started medium. I asked them for asmall and they said it is a small. So I was charged $12.02 for a small spicy chicken sandwich and a small fry. $12.02 for asmall, but really a medium...I get prices have gone up but for what? Less? A bun, 1 tomato, lettuce, mayo, and a small piece ofchicken. I remember Wendy's being a quality restaurant with good food and decent prices. What happened? Walked in, waited rather patiently for a person in front of me to get a lot of food, and fix her order that had been messed up... or had not gone through. Finally made it up to order, put my order in? only then am I told that they were doing cash. A sign orsomeone telling me that BEFORE I had waited all that time would have been nice. Read more
I wanted a burger and a small drink but ended up with a combo meal I didn't request and was only offered a medium drink, I... thought small was not an option. The drink machine had only half the options available. I come to Wendy's because I like thatdrink machine but they didn't even have Sprite or Diet Sprite. As I was sitting down to eat I heard a guy being a patronizingjerk saying "It will only take 20 seconds to heat it up" and then it turned out that wasn't a customer talking like that, it wasthe manager talking TO a customer.
