The drive through workers are usually very nice. However the food is usually below the standard I see for most Taco bell... restaurants. Above all else there had been a large problem with their drinks having little to no carbonation or tasting likesoap. Read more
My work truck is 12 feet tall, I spend 10 hours in it a day and would like to eat at some points. This location is now drive... thru only to save money on cleaning, and their mobile order system is down, so in addition to not being able to use thebathroom, I just straight up can't get food. Every time I go to this location the customer service is disrespectful, the food does not taste good at all what so ever. Food... is made super sloppy. Aweful!! I ordered two bean burritos and they were very small and very cold. One was just full of dried beans hardly any cheese.... The second one I opened it felt weird and very flat so I opened it up and there was one chunk of dried beans lots of onions andbarely any cheese and the tortilla was so dry it just fell apart. Stopped in for dinner, placed order on mobile app, come home to a cold uncut quesadilla, and my cold steak quesarito was made... with ground beef. Had to ask for my mobile order drink, and there was no straws or requested sauces in the bag. Guy who came upto the counter tried to argue that it was all in the bag until I opened it up to show him. I?m not even the type to write reviews but this is so wrong on so many levels. To top it off the lady taking my order was... extremely rude and short with me. Am I in the twilight zone or is that really THREE small burnt potatoes I?m seeing? (Secondpic) I went back inside for a refund and the manager was completely useless, rude, and didn?t say a single word to me. Didn?tgive me a full refund and gave me some change instead. I don't have high expectations ordering from taco bell. With that said avoid this location I have ordered 3 times and all 3... times my order was incorrect. Not even difficult orders, they can't even cut a chicken quesadilla it comes half cut with about2 pieces of chicken.
