This location is never open. I've tried coming here several times in the past couple months and they are always closed. There is... never any signage stating they are closed either. The sign on the door says they are open until 9pm. I am here now and there areemployees inside and the lights are on but they said through the door they are currently closed. The hours need to be adjustedon the signs and online to reflect when they are actually open. I wouldn't bother coming to this location until they correctthis issue. Read more
I honestly don't understand why JJs occupies this space. They are NEVER open!!! When they are open, their service is by far the... worst I've ever experienced at a quick serve restaurant. Its unfortunate as my daughters love JJs but I refuse to go to thislocation. Read more
They gave me moldy tea, forgot the cookies, and it was almost 2 hours for delivery. Zero stars. DO NOT EAT HERE.
Unlike the HEATHER STREET LOCATION IN SHAKOPEE, this Jimmy Johns gives EXCELLENT SERVICE! The manager Alex is always nice and... the drive thru guy is always friendly! Excellent food, service, and always has a very clean lobby! Read more
I've ordered from this location and never had such a terrible experience ordering food in my life. The employees who work there,... were extremely rude, yelled at me, and when I told them I was never doing business with them again, they said good and hung upon me. The reason I called was my order had taken an hour and a half and I was wondering the hold up. Now I get being busy, butthat timeline on a Thursday at 1030am is ridiculous. And even if, a little grace, and tact, would've gone a long ways. Read more
Recently Ordered for delivery, ordered 2 sandwiches and a loaf of bread. The Delivery driver struggled to find the address but... with the amount of construction we?ve had in front of our facility, that wasn?t really a big surprise, the driver called andstill made the delivery, only with-out the extra loaf of bread. The Manager and Driver made the extra effort, doubled back, andbrought out 2 loaves to make-up for the time and the confusion. I give it an A+ for effort, and the sandwiches they deliveredwere pretty solid too. Thanks guys! Read more
They?re always open when I?ve been in town. Only 3 employees so if you need a job maybe they?re hiring. Food was delicious as... always and service has improved but still in the slower side of what you expect from jimmy johns. Read more
