Staff is super friendly and work hard to get your food to you. The reasoning behind 3 stars is because the last three times I?ve... gotten a concrete Mixer they only put one of the topping in my mixer when I requested and paid for two. Staff were really fun and easy to talk to. Staff also worked fast, drive-thru went quickly. Space was neat and clean. Even on... its busier days, you'll have more than enough space to move around while you order and eat. Fountain drink space is a bit smallso you'll have to wait to have patience while you get your beverages. Establishment is easy to find, it's off a major road,construction happening now but it should be easy to find after it's done. My onion rings were a bit stale, like they weresitting out for awhile but my burger was fresh. Overall it was a great experience, I'm coning back for more. Read more
This location is amazing. I stopped in they were ready to take the order right away. Pleasant and repeated back the order and... asked questions about sauce. What a refreshing change from the pitiful excuse for service these days. The Culver?s in Shakopee was well staffed! The staff... was very helpful and very pleasant. Went to this location and ordered a meal. Culver's deluxe no may no tomato along with order of cheese curds. Ordered and then... proceeded to the paying window. Paid then waited. Food came to me and I quickly checked to make sure NO MAYO NO TOMATO...andsure enough boom mayo and tomato. I flagged an employee down and said my order was wrong. He brought it in to get fixed. Iwaited and then a employee came out and handed me my fixed order...I checked and guess what MAYO and TOMATO on it again... I waslike really!?!?! I said I will park I am going inside. I told the manager the deal. I also asked for a new order of cheesecurds which they did as mine were cold by now. The manager gave me a coupon for next time...... I was like OK this isfair/reasonable.
