Don't waste your time at the Chipotle in Shakopee! This location is a MESS! I've been here a few times to give it a try, each... time has been a huge disappointment. I went this evening and the young man making my burrito cut his hand and was bleeding as hemade my food. He had gloves on but definitely not sanitary. He left half way through to take care of his hand and someone elsetook over which is totally fine. As soon as she was done making my burrito, she helped two other people behind me (who were notwith me.) I stood and waited to pay while she completed their meals. There were at least 3-4 other employees that could haverang me up but instead they ignored me. So my food was left on the counter for nearly 10 minutes while she made their food.Don't recommend this location! Management should be ashamed of themselves for letting this brand new location fail so quickly! Read more

Had to wait at the window for literally 17 minutes before anyone opened the window, even though many workers walked by most... which made eye contact. They were short and not very friendly. I didn't get a fork with my bowl, went to the gas station forthat as I felt it would be easier. And to top it off, my $10 bowl was more like 1/2 a bowl. Very disappointing!! Read more

Haven't been to Chipotle in a couple years. Tried this location as it was close by. What a disaster. Counters and floor look... like they haven't been cleaned in a week.. food was stringy and had been sitting out. This used to be a taco bell and back thenthe location was just as bad. Cursed location.. I hope I don't get sick. Read more

Delivery issues: Missing whole items, missing toppings, poor portion sizes and don't bother ordering double meat, I'm convinced... they give you less. In-Store: This must be a new bring your own napkins, silverware, hot sauce and ice location, because halfthe time they aren't available; and that's if they decide to have the inside open on that particular day. Food quality andportion sizes are not consistent either. Honestly, if you are thinking about going here go across the street to Taco Bell, downthe road to Qdoba or one of the local Mexican burrito/taco places. Read more

I?ve ordered delivery approximately 5 times since this location opened and every single order has been missing my fajita... veggies. I ask for extra so I wonder if that causes the receipt to read weirdly. Regardless, I keep hoping they?ll iron outtheir issues but they don?t. There?s no way to call and get the order fixed. And customer service will give a temporary freeentry or something, but honestly, I just want my darn order to be correct! I even tried ordering delivery from the old locationbut it just reverts to the closer one. This location needs an overhaul on training or something. I understand being new. Beingbusy. But to never get an order correct is just mind boggling. And - as many can see from my profile - I?m not one to leavereviews. But I?ve reached my forgiveness limit. This was the worst experience ever. No food and the food in the bins looked old. The floors and tables were disgustingly dirty.... This place should be closed down you should be imbarrassed when your customers are cleaning your tables. Gross do not eat atthis Chipotle you will get sick. With covid on the rise and nothing being wiped done. Read more

I've given this location three times because I figured I had to give them the benefit of the doubt but this time was horrible. I... live just a few minutes from this location and by the time I got the food home and opened it everything was cold and tasted likeit has been sitting out. When I was ordering I was told they were out of almost everything including chips and salsa. I wastold that the management ordered the wrong amount. I've read through the reviews and honestly the management needs to getthemselves together and you owe the community of Shakopee a sincere apology. This is becoming the worst Chipotle in the chain ,though I'm sure that there are worse. It is not your employees fault that things are understaffed or under ordered. Themanagement team needs to get themselves together and the general manager needs to pull him or herself in on this and fixed theproblem. I think what you owe people is refunds for rain check because I paid $40 tonight for cold burritos. Read more
