It's not particularly convenient; I was at HomeDepot and it sounded like a fabulous idea for this dreary morning. I ordered ahead through the app and picked up using the drivethru. Awesome, truly. The person on the speaker was very upbeat and friendly, the kind that makes you smile even when you'renot. The person at the window was pleasant enough but I felt like she couldn't get me out of there fast enough. It did notappear to be busy at the time. I arrived at my next destination and decided to eat my pastry before going in. My chocolatecroissant was squished beyond recognition. I would say it was unpalatable, but where there is chocolate, there is hope. It wasmeh. Squished croissant will never be a culinary delight. Picked up the coffee cup and it was sticky. Turned it around and sureenough, there were streaks of sticky turtle mocha down the outside of the cup. Could I have gone back and complained? Yep, Icould have. Would it have made anything better? Not really. I just would have made someone having an off day feel worse. I haveno reason to believe today's experience was anything other than a fluke. Bagels and coffee are always delicious, very generous with the shmear and butter. One of our favorite places to grab breakfast.... However the last few times I got a farmhouse bagel there was cinnamon sugar on the bottom, so could probably do a bit better oncleaning between orders. Otherwise always a good experience Read more
We ordered 3 drinks, 2 were correct. We ordered 2 uncooked food items. It took 16 minutes at the window to get all of that... making our wait time 25 minutes. We saw 3 teen girls standing around chatting. 4 of the teens were wearing their masks on theirchins or off completely. I've never had such bad service at a Caribou before. I'm done going there.
