The staff is very slow and doesn't seem competent, my sandwich was burnt and dry.

I agree with other reviews that the attitudes of the staff aren't that great, however, for me I don't mind since they get the... job done and handle my food with care. I've been to this location quite a few times in the past couple of months and I've neverhad an issue, especially when I have coupon or promotion questions. Read more
Every time I go here for lunch (11:30) I have a very good experience. Today, I saw the staff taking extra measures to make sure... the area was clean and the food was protected. This guy, not sure if he was the manager, lowered the glass case in order tocover the food because a fly or something was in the store. I was really impressed with that. Read more
Every time I go during lunch there is one young lady who has an attitude. The last time I went she was not even the person who... made my sandwich. The person behind me is who she had. She told him she was not making another sub because he didn't tell herwhen she started. She said that was not all she does. She cause him to leave and not get what she made already. I said it wasunprofessional and she started arguing with me. How she didn't care. It was like everyone was in slow motion while the line was backing up. Didn?t greet anyone. Barely acknowledged anyone was in... the store. Didn?t hand off an order the person in front of me was waiting for, just left it on the counter for her to assume iswas ready. Took 20 minutes to get a salad and I had to ask 3 times for dressing and go back in for a fork.
