I purchased a new pellet grill from mason dixon recently. I noticed that it was not working properly so I contacted them about... it. They were very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem but I still could not fix it myself. They not only came to myhouse to get the grill, they also dropped off another grill for me to use for the meantime until they could get me a newone. Decent selection of seasonings and rubs. A bit on the pricey side. Staff seems preoccupied and disinterested every time I've... been there. Has made me wait at the counter while they finish their personal conversations. If there was another bbq supplystore in the area I'd definitely give them a shot. Read more
5 Star place, with excellent staff. We was traveling thru PA and stopped to see if they had a specific grill in stock. They did... not have the grill I was looking for, but they did an amazing selection. They have a very nice rub and sauce room, that isworth visiting if your in the area. Staff was friendly, and made sure every visitor was taken care of and helped. I wish wehad a store like this in VA, this is an amazing establishment! Read more
Great small store for the BBQ fan. They carry a wide selection of delicious marinades, sauces, dry rubs and exotic hot sauce. In... addition they have excellent grills and smokers for with a variety of accessories and utensils to make a great BBQ. If you are afan of cooking outdoors this is the place for you. Read more
