It's the Russian Roulette of outcomes with your meal at this Sonic. My family and I stopped going to this Sonic because we were... never sure if we were going to get something edible or not. Our orders were never right. I don't know how people are gettinggood service maybe they are all going at a certain time of day. Very disappointed in the service that I received today from Sonic. We eat here often. The crew normally gets our orders right.... Big orders, nevertheless. Today, I order a cheeseburger kids meal with applesauce and an ocean water. The person taking myorder could not get it correct on the screen. However, as she was reading it back to me correctly; a cheeseburger kids mealwith applesauce and an ocean water. About 5 minutes went by. A team member brought out my order. There was no cheese on thecheeseburger so I pushed the button and asked if they could bring out the piece of cheese for the hamburger. At this point Iwas informed that they would have to charge me for a piece of cheese are to make another cheeseburger. Was a little confused onthat and felt that it was an appropriate due to the fact I ordered it correctly. Such a disappointment today. How can a companyget a a huge order correct, but not a simpler cheeseburger. Read more
