A couple weeks ago, I called this Waffle House & asked if I could place an order to be picked up later. She said yes. I called... at least 3 hours before I was planning on picking it up. While I was telling her what I wanted, she sounded either sick or halfasleep, which almost made me cancel my order. I should have listened to my gut instincts. Even though I told her at least 2times, what I wanted & when I was going to pick it up, when I walked in, my order had never been made. I even gave her my phone#, so she could contact me. Never got a call, order was never made, she looked shocked that I showed up & they startedscrambling to make my order. I told her I was working & didn't have time to wait, that's why I ordered ahead of time. Then Iproceeded to walk out the door. I will never use this Waffle House again. Worst employee ever! Read more
They were very disorganized and the food was sub par. It usually is on point but the staff seemed to have communication issues... with orders to waiting tables. Read more

Stop very late On my way! Home from work I walked in n place a Togo order for the All-Star meal a side of grits and a coffee... somehow I spent 16.60 what I thought was kind of high I wait 25 minutes for my order she hands me a bag I drive home open it upand I did not get the waffle the sausage nor the grits but an extra hash brown eggs were supposed to be scrambled with cheese Ipaid for obviously you can tell there?s no cheese in them very dried toast was barely toasted and I just paid almost $17 andtipped her for this $20 breakfast that was not even edible and not correct and not all there Read more
I had my first Waffle House experience the other day and I?ll be honest I was hesitant. I?m a review reader and kept reading... about bad customer service at this location but I wanted to try a Waffle House, so we went anyways. I am so glad we did becausewe had the BEST waitress! I?m so bad with names but I think she said her name was Erin. She was so sweet to my son, so friendlyin general, on top of the coffee refills. Honestly, I think it was some of the best service we ever had! She said she has workedthere for years and it seemed to me like she loved her job. The food was good as well. My boyfriend picks me up late so we go here to enjoy some time together and get our bellies full. I don't remember us having any... problems with our food or service. The staff is friendly and always ask if everything is good. Read more
