Thought I'd grab a couple of breakfast sandwiches after little grocery shopping. WOW I sure picked the WRONG place to go. I... ordered 2 maple bacon croissants & 2 blueberry cake & 2 chocolate cake doghnuts,, nothing was fresh at all. The bacon was burnt& ask twice for it NOT TO BE BURNT BACON. The egg was rubbery & the croissant was so dried out and tough. Needless to say thestaff was not friendly at all. Got home with the food my husband was extremely unsatisfied so he took it back to get a refund.Yes they refunded the money but they acted like they did not care at all what we had to say. They acted like they didn't want usas their customers. What in the world is this fast food industry world coming to no one cares anymore about the quality of theproducts they sell. The drinks and food were really good. The only problem I had was the long wait in the drive thru, BUT it wasn't any fault of the... hard workers because I understand they are short staffed like most of the restaurants are around here Read more

I need to stop trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, and just stop going. They need to shut down and train every single... employee...including the rude manager. Have not had an encounter where she wasn't projecting her nasty attitude to me, or heremployees. This morning I ordered 2 egg and cheese wraps(1 for 1.99 or 2 for 2.39) ordered a frozen chocolate for my son. Theguy asks if I would like whipped topping. We never get the topping so I say no thank you. I also ordered o.elet bites and alarge sweet tea. Pull to the window he says our order is way over what it was suppose to be. The receipt shows he over chargedus. He then gives us the frozen chocolate with whipped topping. I said "oh we said no topping. HE ROLLS HIS EYES AND SCRAPES ITOFF THE TOP BEFORE GIVING IT BACK TO US. Get you act together Dunkin. If I did anything close to this at my job I'd have FINESagainst me. Read more
I didn't catch their names but the 2 gentlemen working the evening of Sunday, February the 6th were absolutely the nicest... kindest men. They made sure I had everything I needed and the drinks they prepare are nothing short of artisan. They were hardat work when I walked in the door and the establishment was nice and clean. Refreshing to see people who still care about theirwork.. They also have free wifi with a blazing fast connection. I was able to take care of my research in a timely manner. Nocomplaints on my end. 10/10 Will visit again. Read more
I don't usually post reviews but too say I was disappointed is an understatement. First, I walk in to choose what donuts I want... and note there are 2 workers both of which ignored me for the first 2 minutes I was there. When I asked if I could getassistance, I was greeted with a frustrated manager telling to wait a minute. So I wait! While waiting 3 more staff memberscome, which excited me as I think now I will get waited on, but no so, they stood around looking at each other! So again I gotto ask to bed assisted and "nanager" tells the young man to assist me but he can't get into the register so again I am waitingbecause now he can't get his manager t I give him the key to unlock the register! I finally say " I need to speak to themanager!" I explained to the young man I wasn't upset with him. So "manager" comes and begin to tell her that I had beenawaiting way to long and that call it takes is a minute to explain to me why it is taking so long to wait on me, thatcommunication is important...except instead of listening she interrupts me t I explain she is the only ah I knows what she isdoing and tells "young man" to take my order and walks away! So I get dozen if donuts and go home, only t I learn that they arestale! Will never go back! Read more
They gave me an old/stale strawberry donut & i didn?t even want to eat it because it was so hard. My pumpkin spice latte was... super gross too.. I?d go a couple miles down the road to 434 coffee and order a decent coffee or buckin good donuts for a gooddonut. I won?t be back ???????? Read more
