Food was hot and fresh and Amanda the GM, is super friendly and always is customer oriented.
Food was old and inedible. When I told the manager she called me a liar. I will never be back, its not worth getting sick.
Friendly and efficient staff. Food was above average not great. Had coupons so got 2 sandwiches, fries and 1 drink for under... $8.00, that's hard to beat. They had their frozen drinks for $0.99, I highly recommend you try; better than an iccee! Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. Placed an order on DoorDash and my dasher was at the restaurant to pick it up and then the... restaurant says it "miraculously" disappeared. I call the restaurant and the rude manager Heather refuses to acknowledge theOrder on my Dashers phone and tells me there is nothing she can do. Apparently, this store just likes ripping customers off. Iasked for the franchise owners number and she refused to provide that. I demand to speak to the owner. Heather's behavior wascompletely unacceptable and out of line for someone who had just spent over $50. And to refuse to provide the number. I evenoffered to drive up there with the active order on my phone and the woman refused, saying nothing can be done. I mean, thedasher had it right there on his phone and the woman was just lazy and cleared the order out. There is an issue every time withthis restaurant and it's always when this manager is on duty. I expect the owner to provide me their number and I expect actionto be taken against the woman for hanging up on me, stealing my money, and refusing to even listen to the nice dasher who waskind enough to stay there until I reordered once Doordash finally cancelled it. Horrible experience and all around horriblemanagement. Do better!! Read more
