12:30am after 18 hour day, messed up the order 3x, finally was told by the high as a kite manager to never come to HER store... again. All I said was after the 3rd time was is it possible to get a hard shell taco supreme???? My food always gets messed up or they switch my whole order with someone else's. The real late night crew is the ones that... actually make my Chipotle chicken melt with The sauce on the side and they actually put chicken and cheese in it to where youcan taste it any other time. I got two pieces of chicken and just a sprinkle of cheese and that's it. I ordered my food through the drive thru and I get home and 5 things(half of our order) are missing from my bag so so drive back... to the Taco Bell and asked for the items I did not get. They rung it up and had to remake one of our burritos because theymessed up the remake. Then a lady( didn?t catch her name) brought out the bag really rude and said remake order and walked away.We decided to check the bag and we didn?t have our second cup of cheese so we ask for it and she said ?is there not 2 in there?with a lot of sass. She walks away and makes the cheese and proceeds to THROW the cheese into the bag from 5 feet back and rollher eyes and walk away. I ordered a nacho bell grande and got barley any toppings off and then they preceded to make us wait in the drive way for 30-35... minutes and so we called and the girl was extremely rude!!! She also told us just to come back tomorrow if we are going to keepasking???? WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
