I have always loved the food here but once you see the bathrooms you will want to get your money back. I have been here numerous... times for the past few years. EVERY time I use the restroom (every time we eat here) it is disgusting. The toilets and wallshave excreted matter, one toilet is usually stopped up. There's water and soap all over the sink and the floors are covered intoilet paper and paper towels....I would hate to see the kitchen. Read more

Stopped by on 9/10/22 @ 2:50 pm ordered through drive thru, the lady working the drive through never said a word. Just handed... everything out then shut the window. I had to call by phone to get someone to come back to the window. Then when we ask her aquestion (nicely) she was very very rude. When we told her she was rude, she responded with, you are to and slammed the windowshut again. I will be calling corporate! Will never get my business again. Read more
They are not the best as far as thorough with order fulfillment and items on tickets missing including and not limited to... condiments napkins straws even specific request seem to be challenging at times. I hope to see some improvements at the nextvisit. Feeling optimistic Read more
Stopped for lunch off of I-65. a bit down the road. You order and pay on a kiosk. They were quick out with our food. Shake was... yummy and the burger decent. Dining area has an oily smell. Bathroom was a disaster. Read more
We went out of our way to visit this Steak N Shake while traveling. But when we got there the sign on the door said "carry out... only". Why? They had already converted this location to the new self serve model, yet it sat empty while customers filled theirown drinks and sat at the tables waiting on their orders. You can't easily eat chili in the car, so we left. If you can't payyour employees well enough and provide decent benefits then close your doors. This is so sad compared to how marvelous thischain used to be. I predict all SnS locations will be closed within a couple years. They've been doin into the ground for nofood reason! Read more
Absolutely hated it. Dining room was dirty. Floors greasy, and finger prints everywhere. Kiosk was nasty ????. I hadn't been to... any steak n shake for a while, and was surprised to learn that they. no longer have wait staff. It's nothing like it used to be.I won't stop in one anywhere ever again. Read more
