A lot of locals in the Seymour area already know Morales knows their tacos. However, I\'m going to go farther and say Morales... may be the closest thing in Seymour to going to a friend or family member\'s house and eating. Yes, the tacos are delicious fromal pastor to carnitas and you need to try them. However, Morales really shines with their traditional foods such as tamales orchile rellenos. I also recently found out that they\'re serving birria tacos, but they\'re serving lamb birria which is muchmore difficult to find.\nOverall, Morales may be the best representation of the Mexican communities\' cuisine within the areaand anyone who hasn\'t tried them is missing out.
