This was my highly anticipated first visit to Freddy?s and It did not disappoint! I ordered the California Style double which... was excellent, the cheese curds were decent but probably not worth the upcharge. Pretty clean in general despite being a littleunderstaffed. Employees were very friendly, especially Devin. He was working custard and register as they were missing adedicated custard person for the period in which we ordered. He was very calm and always had a smile on his face. One member ofour group had wanted a milkshake but decided against it as it was expensive (Custard and Milkshakes here are expensive!). Afterwe had started our meal Devin brought a milkshake because they ?Had a little extra of the peppermint you wanted?. Freddy's is a restaurant that works to provide you with delicious fresh food cooked to order. It's not like other restaurants,... when you order is when they begin to cook. It's tasty steak burgers are a step up from other chains that offer them and theirfrozen custard is outstanding! Read more

Stopped to get a quick bite while on our road trips. Horrid. My mom loves Freddys. Normally a great experience. If this was... my first encounter I would never go again. The place was filthy, the food was greasy. The chicken was tough and when you goto bite into it the grease was oozing. I think I'm done for a long time. $21 wasted. First time visiting Freddy's steakhouse & custard shop and everything was great!! We were waited on right away, the staff was... very friendly & helpful explaining the selections that they have. The steak burgers were delicious and the shakes (they call itconcrete) and sundaes were very creamy. The prices were very affordable and they came around asking if we needed anything andasked how everything tasted. It's a place that I will definitely come back and visit. Read more

Freddy?s is an awesome place. Food is served fresh and hot. They have some great tasting fry sauces. The restaurant is clean.... Bathrooms were very clean. The staff was helpful. This is one of the better places to get a chili dog. Read more

Let me start out by saying we stopped for a late dinner at around 8:30 p.m. After we ordered I went to the restroom only to find... out there was no toilet paper, so my plan was to tell an employee. The manager was busy playing with an infant who I can onlyassume was his child. Great, I like seeing a father interact with his child, but you're also on the clock, so you could tellanother employee to check the restrooms throughout the day. When we went to find a table, most of them were dirty. Food wasgood, so OK, time to throw our trash away. Well, as you can see in the photo, that was full. This place has great atmosphere, fast service, and the kids enjoyed their food. It's similar to steak and shake but fries and... food has more flavor!! Will definitely go back again. Chicago dog was fantastic and only 4 bucks (never had one before). Read more
