Seevice was bad. I asked if they made thin crust pizzas, she said. ALL our pizzas are thin crust so I ordered a thin... crust pizza with mushrooms. It took 40 minutes . If I didn't pay I would of left. I got home it was a think crust pizzawith barely any sauce, chees and I could count the uncooked mushrooms . My first and last time getting any food there. Read more

Horrible service. Ordered a Sicilian pizza over the phone with no problem. The girl on the phone even said it back to us and... told us it would be ready in 20 mins. We get there to pick it up and told us we never ordered. We order again and wait in thecar as we are going to have to wait again. She comes outside a few minutes later and says that they don?t have any Sicilianpizzas left and our first order was put in but for a regular pizza. So unprofessional and uncalled for. If my boyfriend wasn?tso hungry we would have left. Never recommending this place due to their poor service. Read more

Slices of pizza are HUGE! The mega fries that I had were good, unfortunately the serving I had was baked too long so it was a... little burned and super crunchy. There was a man working there talking loudly about politics and cursing, but that could be thenorm for all I know. The owner was arguing with someone on the phone and cursing while I waited 10 minutes for him to acknowledge me. Like someone... mentioned, the restaurant is disguisting and needs a good cleaning. While I waited for him to stop screaming, I had plenty oftime to look around at where the food is prepared and it made me gag. Notice how they never respond to criticism here????? Read more

I worked at The Edge in the same plaza as this pizza place. There has been numerous times where we were understaffed and i... couldn?t make the 1minute drive over to pick up food but Papa?s has always delivered to me even right there. They were alwayshappy to do so and understood what happens when you?re understaffed too. Their food is so affordable and quality. I?veappreciated this place during my time living in South Jersey.
