This location is the worst of any I?ve ever seen in Lincoln or Omaha. The older blonde/brown streaky-haired woman working there... has a poor attitude and acts like she?s doing you a favor by selling you a cup of coffee. The coffee isn?t that good to have todeal with her. I?d go elsewhere. Read more

Love this Scooters...among the friendliest one around. Try to stop when driving through Seward. Great people!
Drinks are not to bad but the thing that irritates me is the constant blocking of the highway. How they haven't put up signs... telling their customers not to block the highway. Read more
Went through this morning before our son's basketball tournament picked up a medium blended turtle latte and a medium hot turtle... latte, It was not very hot It was cold. We have never had any issues like this before with any of the scooters, I'm disappointed Read more
Had my first ever scooters drink today. I got the carmelicious coffee. So happy this is in Seward. Building looks nice.... Employees were wonderful. The even helped me learn the app and points. Will be back again and again. Read more
Update: The manager contacted me and we discussed ways to improve some things. She was open to suggestions and showed... accountability. :) (5/19/22) It's a hit or miss if your drink is going to be good at this particular scooters. I've realized itdepends who is working. If I see a red car parked outside the place it's usually good . Tonight there was no red car and theservice was... not good. Today 5/19/22 when I was giving my order a girl on the other end was laughing the whole time (notprofessional) my strawberry smoothie still had big ice chunks in it, couldn't even use the straw for it. Come on SewardScooters, get your stuff together! I was so excited to hear Scooters was coming to Seward, the customer service is a let downgenerally. There isn't consistency on asking if I want whipped cream or not. Half the time they just choose not to ask and notput it on. Also ask your customers if they have rewards with you or are a rewards member. Read more
