Honestly, one of the most awful drive thru experiences imaginable. Very unprofessional, rude, incompetent, entitled, and just... ill-mannered individuals! The employees (especially the girl lately) running the drive thru need more/ better training or just acomplete attitude adjustment (or perhaps removed from running the drive thru entirely). The cook line employees seem to be solid& consistent. Food there is never wrong, only if the employee taking the order could just care enough to listen & click theright buttons... They are pictures so I don't know why it's so hard? I think we all have worked a drive thru in our lives atsome point, and we've all figured it out so.... I don't know if they were short staffed for Sunday but the doors were closed and everybody was in the Drive-Thru. I got to tell... you though for those young kids man to be there on Sunday afternoon and morning working and then the girl that dealt with me wassmiling and cheerful you know ---good for them and thank them for being at work. It's really hit or miss if you are going to get yelled at in the drive through for asking a question. Im sure they get tired of... answering the same questions all day long but thats what customer servive is. Still have the best breakfast around though. Lovethe dollar menu Mcgriddles Read more
If I could give them 0 starts I would. Extremely rude people work here. It was 9:40 pm and my family and I stopped for a quick... meal after a 10 hour drive and this places closes at 10pm for indoor dining. Well the girl cleaning the floors at the momentwent out of her way to lock the doors so we wouldn?t go inside. Sad because I had kids with me and my parents and we just wantedsomething to eat. Was delighted to be able to enter. I visited early before any rush on Independence Day. Staff were busy preparing for morning... traffic. My order was very nearly complete. Was a big breakfast only missing 2 butters. All else was very delightful. A staffmember was friendly as much as she could be for the day. Read more

Repeatedly horrible service. Today I was in the drive thru for 22 minutes from order to getting my food. Order was wrong. Drinks... were wrong. Absolutely I would not recommend this place. Ongoing issues for at least the last 5 years. Read more
