This place is in need of a major remodel. Painted over floors. Painted over sinks. Disgusting.

The people are genuinely nice. Today I was in the area and stopped to shower and eat. I must say I was disappointed. I reserved... a shower on the app however when I entered it it was not clean at all. No towels and no one around and csrt right outside. Sudsstill in the shower along with soap suds on bar soap holder and hair all in the shower. I looked for someone to gain towels andhad to get my own off of the cart outside the door. Very disappointing. Lita of peo0lw come and go in this kind of atmosphereand in hopes a shower is clean is what we look forward to especially since we don't get to as often as someone being in thecomfort of their home every night after their work day is done. Ours is different. We don't have that option. I feel I walked into a shower that was just used prior to me entering and not cleaned. It was still wet and warm soap still in the shower and hairas well. I'm not one to complain due to prior history of working in the industry at a TA in Lamar, pa. So I know how it can be.This was unacceptable I hope it gets better Read more

Decent stop for fuelling up, and resting for a bit, while on this road. Coffee was OK, didn't quite like the chicken sandwich we... picked up. This is one of the bigger PILOT that I have seen, set up on 2 floors. Clean washrooms. Read more

Wife went into this location with our son who needed to use restroom . Our 14 year old son who is autistic and has Tourette?s .... When she went in she let him use restroom and then promised him to grab a snack (he took off his shoes something common for himdue to sensory issues ). At the register my wife engaged another customer about our sons condition because he tends to saythings due to his Tourette?s and while she was talking the cashier made notice of the fact he was without shoes and said heneeded to put them on. My wife explained that she can?t force him t and he has a cognitive disability and will refuse and ifforced will be triggered into a autism breakdown . Despite hearing this the lady looked directly at our son and told him to puthis shoes on . This lady spoke to a disabled child who she was just informed would have breakdown and whom she was told not toengage him about the subject (the lady could have spoke further to the mother if she had an issue). Our son became upset andwife had to walk away from counter to calm him down. He then kept noticing the lady looking at him and staring him down whichmade him feel uncomfortable and he kept saying ?make Karen go away , lady yell at me?. My wife actually had to ask the ladyto stop staring at our child because he is sensing it and it is making him feel uncomfortable . My wife went upstairs tellingour son ?there will be a nice person upstairs which will help us? because our son felt unwelcome in store . When she gotupstairs she told the person working at the upstairs and the individual actually said ?let?s hurry and get you out of here ? shethen justified the persons below responses and was rude to my wife and son. Rushed them and treated them as they were notwelcome or wanted there . My wife had to tell her even ?he does not feel welcome here?. Instead of trying to stop their ownactions of staring at him or being rude they saw the solution to my wife?s concerns as just rushing my wife and son o Read more
