I ordered online, pickup time was 25 minutes. We arrived 25 minutes later. Food wasn't ready so the guy said wait in your car... and we'll bring it out when it's ready. 25 additional minutes of sitting in the parking lot later we go back in to find thepizza was ready. Got home and open the pizza and it's black from being burnt, the little sausage pieces were basically ash.However, giving an extra star because the cheesy garlic bread was amazing! Read more

If the 'owner/manager' knew anything about his online ordering system, we would not have ended up with pizzas with NO CHEESE ON... HALF. It is impossible (literally, I tested it) to order a pizza with half no cheese and half with cheese through the onlineordering system. So, their staff messed up, and he blamed it on me, all the while some random rude lady is yelling in thebackground 'LEARN HOW TO ORDER.' I recommend you learn how to read your online tickets and also, some professionalism. The manon the phone refused to try and help and told me it was my fault for ordering incorrectly.
