The worst place to try and order food. The food itself is usually great. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Every single time you... go. I get it, you?re at work, it?s busy, & you?d much rather be doing many other things than throwing chicken in a box. There?sstill zero excuse to constantly be rude & have terrible customer service. Avoid this location. Food is so-so for a Zaxby's, drive through staff has a handful of iq points between the whole lot, and... their managers wouldn't know customer service from their elbows. So tired of this mentality that because this is a tourist townthat the bar can be set so low. P.S - I am a local. P.S.S.- I can understand getting an order wrong but the manager Sandyliterally screamed at my wife and hung up on her when told she got home with over $50 of chicken and zero sauce. This place is by far the worst customer service Zaxby's we've ever been to. With absolutely no one in the lobby or DT the host... at the DT made us wait for 8 mins before ordering our food and during our food ordering process. When we got to the window wecould see that the reason why we waiting is because the staff was just horse playing around with each other. After we got ourfood, drove back to our hotel, and opened our food containers we found out that our complete order was wrong and key items weremissing (food, bread, sauces, side orders, etc.). Anthony was great had ordered two Zak Snacks meal . Was great the meal was hot and fresh . Everything was great and clean place... .Just not Handicap friendly when entering the building. Has Handicap parking. Parking lot was clean as well just the trafficis awful I almost seen a van hit a car in the lot coming from the hwy. Read more

Like many have said b4 the drive thru line could take a while, from 15-30 minutes. Over all, the food was decent n tasty. I just... wouldn?t go 4 dinner, maybe lunch since the portions r small n the wait time! Read more
