Cute little place. On the little expensive side for the portion sizes. The mac'n'cheese was pretty good, not much flavor but... super creamy. The ribs fell off the bone & were delicious. The pulled pork & pulled chicken weren't all that good. Butdefinitely try the cornbread salad, it was to die for!! They also have a sign that lets you know the "employees are paid goodenough, and the tips goto underprivileged kids and their families. Read more

We had the dinner specials. Great food! Fast ordering through the line. No table service, they have free drink refills. (Sign... says employees are paid well enough, no need to tip. If you tip, it goes to underprivileged children and their families.) Stopby and enjoy your meal. Read more

At first glance, the prices were a little off-putting, but that's not to say they are more expensive than other restaurants. The... FOOD was AMAZING! Worth the money. "What does an $11.99 piece of cake look like?" You may be wondering.... Read more

For the first time in my life, I wish I stopped at Wendy’s instead of a BBQ restaurant. You know it is bad when the Mac and... Cheese is the best thing on the menu. For $20 a plate you better be pumping out some quality BBQ. That’s the opposite of whatthis place is doing. This is the definition of Highway robbery. The portions were small, the biscuits were not good at all, andthe brisket.... No doubt the worst I have ever had. It was like it was cooked in a crockpot. Not real BBQ. This place is atourist trap. Would not recommend to anyone. Just say no to the fancy RV out front and pull into the Burger King or Wendy’sdown the road. Wouldn’t feed this food to my Labrador. Read more

This is NO LONGER A TABLE SERVICE restaurant. When you walk in, you have to decide if you want to order from the menu or get the... food already prepared in the case. We opted to order from the menu - I did because the food in the case looked a little driedout. 2 of us split a rack of ribs & the 3rd had a sandwich. The rack of ribs had the best presentation I have ever seen: it wasimmense & appeared perfectly cooked. The ribs were as they appeared: tender & tasty. The accompanying mac & cheese was warm &cheesy. The beans were a bit mushy for my taste. I tried the fries & they were quite good. I would definitely return to thisrestaurant despite the lack of table service. Read more

I'm here right now. And I am taking a break to post a little experience share. That's how good I think this restaurant is. I... came in near closing, hungry, a little bit of a drive from the interstate, so I was a little worried. I let the super friendlyand hospitable staff choose the fixings and am not disappointed at all. Really enjoyed the pulled, but not hating the bignoodle cheese Mac either. I would suggest any one looking for a road rest and near by to come on over and get some. I'lldefinitely be back again Read more

Don't let it fool you, it looks like an old BBQ shack on the outside but the inside is gorgeous! We stopped on the way back to... SC to get a bite to eat, and boy was it well worth it! The staff was super helpful and friendly. I got the brisket, Mac ncheese, and mashed potatoes. My husband got the half rack of ribs, and they were so tender he could barely pick them up! All ofthe sauces were delicious, couldn't decide which one to buy to take home! We will definitely return when we come back! Read more
