Let's put it this way, you're lucky I'm not a health inspector. What I just witnessed and being 7 months pregnant absolutely... disgusts me and this location should be ashamed having this individual working here. The girl working at 8pm Sunday night Mondaymay 30th was wearing gloves but cashed out the order before it was ready. She while wearing the gloves used the cash register,grabbed and threw out the receipt and then went back to making our subs that had just come out of the toaster. I said I wantedblack Olives, she reached into the bell peppers and said "oops, wrong one." Then proceeded to wipe her gloved hand repeatedly onher shirt and then reached into the black Olives and put them on my sub. She then finished making my husband's sub which haddifferent meat and sauce on it from mine. She cut his sub, got his sauce all over the knife and then put the knife up against mymeat and sauce, closed and cut the sub. Have you people never heard of cross contamination? Food service 101, folks. How onearth do you think it's okay to wipe your hand on your clothes?! And then continue to make the sub?! Change your gloves out!Unreal. Disgusting. No excuse for it!! I eat here 3-4 times weekly and always receive great customer service along with a good quality meal.
The rest of the staff was very nice except for Cameron, the manager. He was, to be blunt, kind of a jerk. He was rude and had... zero customer service qualities. Does not care about the customer, at all. So, screw this place. That's the time I will gothere. Read more

Placed a call in order. I ordered a turkey salad and when we got it, it had pickles on it. Hubby asked for extra pickles. Didn't... get them. Called and the girl said the salad comes with pickles. It doesn't show it or says it online. They told hubby they canonly put 6 pickles on a foot long. Even though he asked for extra. Will not be back at this subway EVER AGAIN!! Read more
