Be aware this does not have a drive thru. The Starbucks is inside of the grocery store. The staff was great. Here's a thought... for the young lady. She gave the 11 year old a hot sandwich in the regular wrapper than warned her be careful .....some of ourcustomers have told us the sandwich falls out of the wrapper. So I asked her for a small bag. Her reply... oh!!! we do not havethose. ALL other Starbucks I've been to have bags for merchandise. Therefore, if you are aware there's an issue than double bagyour product. Simple common sense.
