I'm giving this 5 stars as I too have and still work in the restaurant industry. But something you should know is this store is... very under staffed. They will take a while if they're busy so see this as a warning. However the people that work here are someof the hardest working people on dolly parton parkway. Read more
I really like this Sonic! Been going here for decades. As a dasher, the wait here can sometimes been long in the evenings, but... that comes with food that is always fresh, and so far very pleasant and professional employees with good attitudes. Def can'tcomplain! Read more

Ordered 2 grilled cheese burgers which I had to ask if they had because not on menu and no sign for them but advertised. She... says yes we have them . Then ordered Onion rings and was told they didn?t have any or their fry person didn?t show orsomething.so then ordered a large tater tot and a bottle of water. So we get to the window and guess what no water . So we get atea. Received our order and wish I had taken a picture of the worst sandwich / Burger I have ever seen and pulled the tatertot?s out and there were maybe 12 I think . Certainly couldn?t have been a large. Normally food is awesome during the day time? but sometimes after 5pm it?s iffy. Part of my bun is missing in the hot dog. As... someone who has worked in food service you don?t give damaged food out, it causes complaints. Read more
I had to repeat my very simple order 3 times, I asked for mustard for my corn dog each time, and didn't get any, all the stalls... are blocked so it's not really a drive in and my food was cold.... if I hadn't been so terribly disappointed by the sonic inchatsworth, this would be my worst visit to a sonic and only 1 star, but i know they can do worse. We came here around 6:30 and the drive thru was pretty packed. We decided to go to a stall instead, since we had a mobile-order... anyway. Our food came out about 5-10 minutes later by carhop Lacy. Our kids meal had milk that was forgotten, and he RAN back toget it and bring it out, less than 30 seconds later. No complaints, no frustrated looks, just "ok, be right back." Everywhereis understaffed right now, and finding someone that is working hard and literally running to meet customer orders with a smileon his face? Almost unheard of, and he makes this entire place a 5 in my book. Read more
They forgot my chili cheeses tots, but gave me an extra coney dog. Other than that, the food was great
