We had an excellent experience at Seasons 101. The staff and food were fantastic. It was one of the best old fashioned cocktails... that I have ever had! The food was fantastic, we got the tuna appetizer and the brie which was great. I also tried the beetsalad and a burger which I would get again. Their desert was supposed to be the best in Sevier county and it definitely lived upto the name... I cannot wait to go back. They change most of their menu seasonably and use fresh ingredients. Had my birthday dinner at Seasons101 tonight. The food was excellent. Scott was our server and took really good care of us. ... Never had to wait on anything. We really enjoyed the spinach and bacon salad. All of our entrees were cooked and seasonedperfectly. Since was my birthday I got to enjoy the red velvet cheesecake.
