Food was good. I was trying to order the blackened tenders and said Cajun tenders. I can?t have breading. My mistake. Most... restau rants don?t charge you soft drink prices for club soda. I ordered water when I noticed the club soda button. I did notmind paying for the cup or the ice, would like to have had club soda. I was told I couldn?t that she had not charged me forit Hateful, old, loud, rude woman needs to remain working in the back. Not on counter barking questions and orders at thecustomers. Read more

One of the few Popeyes that I've tried that is comparable to back home in Louisiana(in the taste department). Yes it's a chain... but there's a huge difference in taste and what's offered in different states. The menu is limited so they don't have a lot ofthe items but what they do have is good and seasoned pretty well. We went an hour before closing and we were the only people inthere, which was a welcomed scenario. Read more

Bad service with a side of attitude. I ordered online and the email stated that it would be ready at 12:18. Walked in a little... early and waited at the counter. When someone finally came over after a bit of a wait they said that it would be another 15minutes. The person didn't seem to understand that I placed it a half an hour earlier. She kept telling me that I couldn't justorder it and get it right away. Then she insisted that there was no order for me, so I ended up leaving with no lunch eventhough Popeyes charged my credit card. Read more

Would not recommend this location. The man taking our order rushed me through as if he was in a hurry. The girl at the window... seemed miserable and was very unfriendly. I asked for a plain chicken sandwich and they gave me a regular. When I asked for aplain, she rolled her eyes and acted as if I was the bad guy on the order they messed up. Did not give us our drinks. I had toask for those at the end of the order. The only reason they get 2 stars is because my kids food seemed fresh. Will not go back. Read more

You could tell that the chicken had been sitting for a while. It wasn't fresh. The shrimp was fresh because they didn't have... enough to fill our order and had to cook it then. It's a shame, because there's no Popeyes near us. We drove almost 100 milesfor another reason, but we chose Popeyes and the food was disappointing. Read more

Went there on Sunday the ac was broken. It was melting hot. Staff wasn't very friendly and I can't blame them. The older lady... was slow but ok nice. Food was ok. Fries were cold by the time we got to the hotel right up the road. I don't understand whythere is a $1 charge to get Mac and cheese as a side when the meal comes with a side. We went back on Friday and the ac stillwasn't fixed. We asked the young cashier about a menu item that we seen online and she treated me like I was stupid and crazy.She was very rude. I don't understand why on your website you have deals and no one that works there know anything about them. Iabsolutely love popeyes and I stop at one anytime I travel since we don't have any close to us but I'm not sure I will anymore.Fix the menu if you're not going to offer it in store or train your staff right. I went through the drive through the guy working the window was very polite and professional. I got my food very quickly and... left once I got home I saw I was missing an item mistakes happen we are human. its partly my fault for not looking. I called Iwas a little aggravated about it. Same guy working the window answerd. I was rude ( I shouldn't had been) I drove back there Ithink his name is Chris seemed to be in charge of the shift was very calm professional and polite. They were extremely slow. We went through the drive thru. It appeared that the cashier took an order and then cooked and filled... the order. There was no apology for the long wait. As visitors to the area, she did not make a good first impression. The foodwas hot and the order was accurate; however, customer service will make or break a company. The service was awful!! Read more
