Hostess was nice. They got my wife's order wrong! Told her twice. No alcohol in drinks, don't bother to buy. 20 dollars for two... drinks and there was something floating around in it! Spent 55 dollars and wasn't pleased at all. This place sucks!!! Don'twaste your time and money ???? Read more

Stopped in for lunch with friends while visiting from out of town.. We just missed the lunch special time.. We were the only... people in the establishment upon arrival & waited a few minutes before being seated. I only saw 2 employees the entire time wewere there. The waitress took our drink order. She brought back our drinks, 1 salsa, & 1 basket of chips for 6 people toshare.. We had to ask for salsa cups, since our kids couldn't reach to dip their chips. She brought back only 2 for thechildren. We placed our order & when we asked, was told no substitutions, only could remove ingredients.. Placed order & whenfood was brought, it was missing quite a few things.. The food was hot & edible, not very tasty in my opinion.. Our waitressseemed to have a hard time understanding English. Finished our food & must have waited at least 20/25 minutes for the waitressto bring our bill.. There were only 2 other tables being waited on by this time. When I reviewed my bill, I asked the waitress"If I paid cash, would the $8 service charge be removed?" I was informed "no, that is something the restuarant has to pay"..So expect to pay city tax, sales tax, & a service charge with cash. All in all: *Slow & inattentive employees *The food tastedjust okay, & in my opinion was pricey for what you get *extra 18% service charge, even when paying bill with cash I will notreturn in future visits to the Smokie Mountains & would not recommend it to anyone. Everything seemed like it would be wonderful in the beginning, we were sat almost immediately. We waited a few minutes for our... server to come grab our drink order which is normal I guess depending on the server and where you go. HOWEVER, our serverbrought my mom and I both waters when I asked for sweet tea, didn?t bring chips until we asked if they were part of theexperience, we waited about 20 minutes before she came to take our order, and didn?t even write anything down to be sureeverything was correct. Which it wasn?t, our orders both were messed up and she snatched our food off the table before asking ifwe wanted a box . This is our FIRST EXPERIENCE AND WE WONT BE BACK .. Read more

Fresh, filling, and authentic! The food tasted fantastic, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was fun. Several lunch... and vegetarian options on top of an already large menu means that there is something for everyone here. Highly recommended! Read more
