This restaurant atmosphere is horrible because the young girls that work there were so extremely rude. I said hello when we were... about to order and she couldn?t respond. I just figured she was having a bad day but I just ignored her and went on. I was soexcited to take my mother in-law to have penn stations for the first time and was tremendously disappointed by the way we weretreated. Then as we are eating at 8:35pm we could hear one of the girls working complaining that customers were coming in. Theother girl came to our table and says ? just so you know we close in 15 minutes? as me and my family are eating dinner we justpaid for. I found this extremely unprofessional and rude. Especially when we were clearly about to leave. I really don?t leavereviews but this place treated us so rudely. Read more

My Cheesesteak sandwhich wasn't bad at all. The staff needs some work. Three guys behind the counter with not so short hair, the... blondes hair was in his eyes so that caused him to constantly fling his neck to move it. (No one wore hairnets.) Very softspoken, I had to keep having him repeat himself so I could understand him. When I asked if he had bell pepper, he said no,-wehave green pepper. I guess he doesn't know that a green pepper IS a bell pepper. He didn't know what Chipotle sauce was, butapparently the store doesn't carry that anyways. Store needs more options. Read more

This place was awful and this is like the third time giving them another chance. The sandwiches where like trying to eat a brick... or something and the fries where the same way and the 2 females that where working was highly rude they where just throwing thestuff around and was like making these weird sounds with there mouth like we had interrupt them or something like one was makingthe sandwich and stopped 3 times to answer a texts and the other one was like really we have to make more fries come on now sheeven ask us if we where shore that we wanted fries and if we really needed them?
