Completely horrible service. I don?t know why this place is still open. I went to the drive thru last night 11/ 9 around 7:30pm.... The lady taking the order was pleasant, however. Since she did not give me a receipt I?m not sure if she messed up but my orderwas completely wrong when I went to the window to collect it. There was a heavy set woman(I do not know her name) Her behaviorwas very disgusting and disrespectful. She should not be allowed to work with the public. When she handed me the incorrectorder, I explained to her that is not what I ordered. She then proceeded to tell me I?m lying and that?s what was on the order,I told her I know what I ordered, but I?m any case I was willing to pay the difference if that?s not what the lady had rang up,If she would just correct it. She yelled at me and shrugged storming off. The whole time through my interact with her beingdisrespectful, I remained calm, for some reason I just pitied her. I will be calling corporate, because based on her behavior,it cannot be a first she is acting like that. I will definitely not be back to this store. Read more

I was dining in when the manager started screaming at an employee on break for apparently taking too much time, when the... employee started her break around when i got there and was yelled at after only 30 minutes. The employee proceeded to say thatits only been 30 minutes which is her normal break time. The manager then just screamed at the employee to clock out and gohome. The employee ran out crying. Very unprofessional and inhumane. My food also took about 10 minutes to get to me, andarrived cold. Safe to say I will not be dining at the place again. They locked the doors before closing time then there was no one at the front counter. After that an employee came running out... the back yelling why there was customers in the store ran to the door and kicked it to see if it was locked. And to top it alloff it took 30 plus mins to get 2 mcchickens? the moral at this store must be at an all time low. Save yourself the trouble andgo to the Wendy?s next to it. Read more
Waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes only for the cashier to keep taking orders from the other line. Eventually just had... to pull to the window and order there. They were extremely slow and I was told they only had one cook. If you are thatshorthanded, it would make sense to either close or shut down one drive-thru lane.
