The lady taking orders was incredibly rude! I used my McDonald?s app to pay for our drinks because my debit card has a bad chip... and gives cashiers issues. Her response when I showed her the code was ?why didn?t you tell me this before now!?!? I didn?t evenhave a deal or reward loaded to it. I was just trying to pay without causing the line to be backed up because of a bad card. Sheneeds to take a course in customer service or at least in human decency. What a jacka**. Read more

Me and my family went here for lunch just before going to a close area attraction. Upon placing our order at the kiosk I noticed... that a lot of their items were out of stock. We just made do with 4 value meals and 2 of the holiday pies. We ended up spendingover $40 which is high but everything is now a days. When our food was ready we asked for ketchup and they was completely out aswell as the holiday pies. Every available table was dirty as well as the walls and floor.
