Very friendly staff and quick service even when they're busy and they got my order correct.They have improved drastically... because I almost never went back there about 4 months ago because every time I went there they were either slow, not veryfriendly and/or kept messing up our orders on the nightshift to the point I was only getting breakfast there. Drive thru is pretty quick. My double cheeseburger was a little dry. Fries are always hot and fresh.
I love McDonald's I have been eating there for about 45 yrs, we use to drive to Knoxville to get their hamburgers, that was... before we had one here in Sevierville, McDonald's will always be a go to place to eat breakfast or lunch! Read more
McDonalds always has best fries anywhere. The ones I had today could have used a little more salt, but rather have to little... than too much. Clean restrooms, and very pleasant wait staff, although you have to use kiosk to order food. Not sure they giveyou an option to order at desk. My husband's ok with that, I'm not. Read more
