Worst service ever me and my husband stopped by after a 9 Hour Dr. from Baton Rouge Louisiana. We ordered our food there and sit... in the lobby waiting . We heard a bag hit the counter. The lady had threw the bag on the counter so my husband went and pickedit up, so at that time I ask for a tray to put the food on so that we could eat it not out of the bag. Obviously there are twopeople here. There?s two orders everything was piled in one bag. I never opened it because I asked a gentleman for a servingtray he went to get the tray and the lady in the back told him that , we do not use trays so I asked her for a tray and shetold me that her manager said that this is the way that they serve their food so I ask for a refund standing at the counter?Finally, the lady came up to do the refund after doing the refund gave me a receipt with the time and date on it only and toldme that was my copy. How do you give me a copy of a refund without the amount on it I asked for the receipt several times thelady got an attitude and told me that she had to keep the receipt she could not make me a copy of the receipt or anything soafter about 30 minutes of this conversation going back-and-forth. Finally she let me take a picture of the receipt with myphone. And wrote her name down like that?s going to do me some good all in all I will never return. Came to this location on Saturday 9/24. Was told at the drive-thru that it would be 8 to 10 minutes. Here we are 33 minutes in... the parking lot waiting. We go in and they asked for the receipt which we were never given at the window. So I'm guessing nowwe're going to have to wait another 10 minutes for our food.. I don?t know what?s going on in that kitchen and I don?t think I want to know. Employees were pretty rude which was fine, I can... deal with that, but the food was disgusting. Literally slathered together. In the photos, you can see how much oil was dumpedinto the bag; these pics were after it was handed to us, not after it sat for a while. This is almost like the White Castle that I'll been to in Indianapolis,In. The only differences is that the meat is not a pattie... but seems to be a solid piece of meat. The Krystal is also made with mustard on top unlike mayonnaise is used on Whitle Castle'ssandwich. The buns here are bigger then at white castle,the onion are bigger here, also on the chicken sandwich the breading iscrunchy but the inside is soft and tasty. Also had the milkshake here but I was disappointed that it was small, the White Castlehad bigger shakes but less flavors and the one at Krystar has Oreo flavor and it was AMAZING!!!!!! Good place to check out butone warning is that the White Castle I know is the same as Krystal in one aspect. You will see the restroom after you eat. Eatwith caution. Read more
Chase is GREAT!! Got there about 30 minutes before they closed and he made us fresh hot food. Customer service was great and... food was hot and fresh. I had the best I've ever had junkyard fries at this location. Read more
Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and could hear the beeping that let them know I was there. I also seen them inside and... nobody took my order or even told me if they were closed. Read more
