I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. If you?re looking for a coffee shop that knows their craft well, this is it. Had a... cappuccino the other day while their harvester blend was on the menu and I have to say the extraction was incredible and theflavor was rich. Today, I came in for a cold brew and I was impressed when I noticed she was measuring everything out despiteit being rush hour working, on her own. We?d be here more often if we were from the area. What a great experience my girlfriend & I had. We stopped in on our way out of Gatlinburg & ordered a Honey Lavender Iced Latte... & Vanilla Brown Sugar Iced Latte. I've drank many a latte and honeybees is in my top 5, I've had an iced brown sugar and vanilla latte with oat milk both... delicious and made me say "wow". Between the two I prefer the brown sugar latte. The homemade syrups are very flavorful andeccentuaiate the taste of the espresso rather then subtract from it, if you're looking for somewhere to eat I would notreccomend this particular shop as they only have a small handful of baked goods to choose from. They have some vegan and glutenfree options of muffins and cookie sandwiches, and what appears to be small quiches in a display case. Overall a good experienceand laid back atmosphere. Read more

I was happy to come across Honeybee Coffee during my travels. I stopped at many coffee shops during my 2k+ miles of travel and... this coffee shop was in my top 5 favorites!
