3rd time this has happened, We order the Sourdough breakfast sandwich and we get a different sandwich! Horrible! Funny how Bianca was the store manager. But when you call now is. Mark the store manager is probably the rudest of... them all. I called the store to inform him about a situation. The man couldn?t be ruder. I was told that he didn?t care and hewas to busy for situations or complaints. He let me know that corporate gets paid the big bucks for that. He than proceeded totell me that US CUSTOMERS bring on the situations and complaints yourself. I let him know I was calling corporate on his storeand his employees. Bianca was even rude as I was leaving the store she was laughing and saying customers like this, is why Ihate my job. Well than quit! I won?t ever be back! Corporate was called. I would rather go next door to McDonald?s and get icecoffee with coffee grounds in it. Than to ever get a thing from this dunkin. Beware, it might happen to you. Worst service in the world. Alot of employees standing around looking confused and I finally got to place an order, the girl at... the counter had an attitude. This location is in a resort area and we were on vacation. Nice way to treat guests from out oftown. We wont be back. Read more
This place is awesome! It is new but, if you want to avoid a huge wait go to this Dunkin instead of the other one. I'm surprised... that the place isn't so popular on Google as the other one is but the Staff, coffee, and donuts are delicious ????! First and probably last time I'll come to this location. I ordered a pumpkin coffee, received someone else's coffee and didn't... realize till I got to my kids school. And it had so many coffee grinds, this is just showing what was left after I dumped itout. My daughter got a strawberry sprinkle donut and the glaze was very thin, but the donut was soft which was good. My Bostoncream was only partially filled. Not a great experience. I'll just continue to go to the one by waffle house. Read more
I went through drive tru, apparently I made too much space between my car and the one in front of me which it momentarily... blocked a mobile order recipient. This lady proceeds to drive by me, disrespects me by calling me a jack@$$ ???? anyways, I wason my way to work, working a double, trying to pay my bills, I literally just looked at her.
