It is maybe the worst pizza restaurant in the whole world. I am not complaining about Domino's, but rather on the service. VERY... VERY VERY SLOW AND UNFRIENDLY SERVICE. The worst service you would ever see. One worker is always there and he do all orders.Expect a 1 hour wait time even if your order is the only order the restaurant had. The tracker on App won't work with thisrestaurant. The same foe pick up window, the wire for cars to ring the bell for worker is disconnected so do not bother pickingthe pizza up from the window. You have to go in store to pick up your pizza. But do not say hi or anything to the worker becausehe won't reply anyway. He is "so kind" so he will just stair at you without saying a word. I would advise the store owner tochange business just not to damage the reputation of Domino's and at the same time to avoid giving people hard time waiting fortheir orders and dealing with UNFRIENDLY staff. If you order online, give yourself an extra twenty minutes before you pick it up. I placed my order at 6:07, the estimated... pick-up time was between 6:38 and 6:48, I didn?t get my pizzas till 7:10. I mentioned the inconvenience to one of the employeesand they just looked at me and the manager confused while the manager ignored the issue and continued to make pizzas. Which Iguess I can appreciate the dedication to making a perfect pie, but the customer service is lacking alongside the inconvenientdelay so I?m not feeling to generous with my stars right now. Ordered supper as we had been traveling. After an hour called. Was told to give them 25 minutes. Waited another hour to try and... call to cancel cause kids was falling asleep trying to wait. Wouldn?t answer phone. 3 hours later tracker says order iscomplete. No order has been delivered and everyone is asleep. But yet still says my order is complete and they?re now closed. Read more
The servers tried their best but it took almost two hours for 4 pizzas. Granted, 4 pizzas is a larger order but two hours for... fast pizza is simply crazy. As I mentioned, the workers were nice and were moving fast and hard, this location just needs moreand better management. The only reason I didn?t leave when they told me the wait time was I had already prepaid $50. Read more
Worst experience at a Domino's I have ever had. Came close to walking out. Slow service. Ignored by all staff upon entering.... Arrived at the store once the app notified me it was ready to pick up. Waited in store for an additional 20 minutes before evenbeing acknowledged. Staff did not care, and were not apologetic or offer any explanation. These experiences are fortunatelyrare, but make me likely to choose another business for our pizzas in future. Read more
I work at a pizza place so I know how the business goes. We went here for 3 pizzas and overall they were pretty good. My only... problem was there is only 1 person working the whole entire store. He was in the middle of a rush with a bunch of orders andphone calls and he was doing a great job. I understand about being short staffed i live that every work day but, at least havethe manager or franchise owner try to keep their store alive! Food took over an hour to get to us. They didn?t follow delivery instructions. The pizza was disgusting! I ordered hand tossed... but was super thin. It stuck to the cardboard box it was in and fell apart when I tried to pick it up and it was very cold. Ihad to even cut it because they didn?t cut it all the way through. I get that everyone is short staffed but this is uncalledfor. Especially when you pay $65 for pizza you expect it to be correct and good! The cheese was gritty. Picked up a Meatzz specialty pizza with bacon added. The pizza had bacon (not much) but not any other meat. No pepperoni,... sausage, beef or any other meat. What a rip off and disappointment. Paid a premium, specialty price for a cheese pizza withbacon. 11 am today. Nov 12, 22 Read more
