Not sure if it?s a normal thing here at this BK but burger was at least 3-4 hours old with hard bun and completely dry cheese... that was outside the bun. Never seen anything like that at any fast food chains at least for burgers???????????? Read more
Food cold. Overheard someone say they don't heat it up. Foreign workers appeared to have limited English. Appeared to possibly... be a family working running the restaurant. Handed food back very over heated with egg and cheese running out of the bread. Read more

Today I stopped and got 8 whopper juniors and 2 rodeos I was short of three dollars doing the math wrong incorrectly at the... house before I made the journey but anyways my man Scot, helped with the remaining 3 dollars, I was astonished to see such agreat heart at a fast food establishment, after I made my own order, Scot went straight to greeting customers as they left andimmediately cleaned the lobbies tables. Food was great! Did get a little irritated with the staff about the drive through time. Apparently it was a big deal that we... made a order there Monday night. The Cashier at the first window was getting yelled at from someone from the front or back. Wejust dropped family off at Walmart to get some essentials for our stay near there. We didn?t have time to come in. Also had ababy and a toddler in the car. it?s hard to go into to order and have to wait for food with kids. I don?t know if there was amanager there that night. But, someone needs to figure something out. They made the girl take the other 2 cars behind us beforewe paid and she looked like she was having a Anxiety attack. She was shaking. Great experience tonight at our local BK! The staff was very positive with high energy & our meals came out hot & fresh.
