Very nice employees..good hot food
This place seriously needs to Chek the employees and teach them better customer service skills. The lady that took my order was... very rude, she basically put the tray on the counter and said here ya go and walked off, and they were jamming out toinappropriate music from the kitchen. What if I wanted zesty sauce with my onion rings?? I mean wow, if u don't like ur job thatu chose to have find somewhere else or don't take it out on the customers.. Read more
Francis needs to be fired, along with the girl working the first drive thru! Went to get food for my kid and it appears they... were too busy chit chatting to listen to my order. Proceeded to yell at me like she couldn't hear me so I drove around to thefirst window. Francis and the one taking orders sat there talking, while Francis was on her phone. Neither one had enough senseto open the window to even acknowledge me so I drove to the second window where Francis came to the window and had a nastyattitude, saying "you actually have to pay at the other window". I told her I sat at that window for at least 2 minutes and noone opened the window so I went to the second one, thinking maybe I paid there since they were just sitting there yapping awayand she was on her phone. She decided to get even more of an attitude, saying she was on the phone texting her boss due tosystem issue. Okay, so I said "well one of you two could have opened the window to just say there was a system and to give you aminute instead of ignoring me". Never once cussed at her but she decided to tell me to have a good night and slam the window.Went to another Burger King and they knew exactly who she was and how awful she is. I havent had a whopper in over 15 yrs. So my mom and I decided to go there. The little lady in the back dt was such a sweetie.... It was around 5:30 pm the onions rings were hot and the burger was great. Read more

Consistently awful customer service unless its a manager serving. The food gets... worse. I guess I keep going out of sheer hope... and habit. Nearly every time, especially with the men that work here for some reason, someone is rude. The only good BK in thecounty with what seems like ANY training is on 66. Read more
