I was extremely impressed with the quality of food put out by this place. It doesn?t give off the vibe of good smoked barbecue.... It seems like a fast food joint. I got the ribs, which were amazing. Meat came right off the bone but they weren?t fatty andgreasy. A good mix of lean meat slow cooked super tender. Hush puppies were amazing, baked beans out of this world. Been in Sevierville for a week and kept looking at this place, then looked them up on their website to see if they was still... open tonight and it said closed, So jumped in my truck and headed towards pigeon forge area and saw they was still open!!!Really should change that on the website!! Anyways wow I wish I would have went there the 1st or 2nd night I was here!! Omg theribs were so good (pull off the bone) and the sauce was perfect!! And that corn on the cob was the best with salt & butter added(very sweet without which was also good!!) The potatoe salad was warm where they put it in the tray with the hot food, Not afan of potato salad and did not really care for it also did not care for hush puppies again not a fan of those either. Great bbq, I also heard from employees father who I happened to meet at another place in town... said they treat their employees well and pay very nicely for teenagers so I think this is a great all around 100% Americanstory. I got the combo platter (chicken, pork, ribs) because I wanted to try a little bit of every meat to see how they tasted. It was... pretty good, and a lot of food. My mom got the beef brisket and said it was a little bit too fatty. The line was very long too(out the door) but that's always a good sign that people must enjoy the food. Read more

What a fantastic surprise! Dropped by for lunch, got the combo plate (pork ribs, chicken, pulled pork) with baked beans and... mustard potato salad. Everything was extremely good! The smoke ring on the ribs was perfect, they were tender (but not fall offthe bone overcooked like you often see), the chicken was flavorful and moist. The pulled pork was tender and not greasy, myusual criticism of most pulled pork. Sides were awesome, I can?t rave about mustard potato salad enough! I lived in Texas for30 years. I smoke a brisket for Thanksgiving instead of cooking a turkey. To say I have strong opinions about BBQ is anunderstatement.
