Ordered in drive-thru, employee was courteous and attentive in getting our order right and prompt. Issue was with the taste of... the ice cream and cone. With ice cream taste is king! The wife ordered pralines n cream with a chocolate dipped waffle cone. Her ice cream had a strange chemical aftertaste but the cone was the worst. It literally tasted like chlorine like it wasdipped in a municipal water supply. Told her maybe they make their own waffle cones and use city water in the batter. If thatis the case you would think they would filter the water. She ended up taking one bite and throwing it all away. Wasted almost$8.00 for a single scoop cone. Ridiculous. Read more
This place somehow found a way to make ice cream bad. Cones were so stale we could hardly bite into them & ice cream was served... to us soft & already melting. Read more
Stopped in for a treat and the atmosphere wasn?t very inviting. Employees were not friendly at all. Zero personality at this... store! Im a local and work in the restaurant business and we are all tired. Atmosphere and customer service should be important. Read more
The staff were not accommodating at all. Got our order wrong and we ended up paying twice as much as what we should have for the... ice cream we wanted. Also, this baskin Robbins is more expensive than others. Not worth it to me. Read more
Great product but the staff is severely lacking. I had to call into the store to tell them I was sitting in the drive thru. Then... I get an excuse about ?big trucks don?t trigger the sensor? ??? A bigger truck was 2 cars behind me and that driver didn?t havean issue. Marquee advertised ?Help Wanted? lol I should say so Read more
Used drive-thru. No complaints about employees or size of ice cream scoops. Ice cream just okay. I mainly experienced major... sticker shock and I'm rarely shocked by anything. We ordered two waffle cones - each had two scoops of just okay ice cream -total (including taxes) was $18.06. Needless to say, we will not be returning! Read more
