I went to the Arby's on Hwy 66 the staff is so kind & prompt. My Greek Gyro was perfect... the meat well arranged & not falling... apart unlike the other Arby's at Cate Rd. We went through the drive through, and the person who took our order was nice, however, that is where the nice customer service... ended. The person who handed our food to us was RUDE as could be. She did not greet us when we pulled up to the window, she gotannoyed when I asked for napkins, I did not bother to tell her I asked for a Large coke and got a medium (also charged for alarge Coke) then she slammed the drive through window shut, no Thank-You or have a nice night. If she was not having a goodnight, she should have at least faked saying have a good night. Not at all impressed with the customer service at this Arby's.However, the food was pretty good, it was hot and we got what we ordered, besides the wrong size Coke. Read more
We tried the new Hushpuppie breaded fish strips, don't bother! The basket looked nothing like the picture, the fish is better at... Long John Silver's! The fries were old and the fountain drinks were pure syrup, no Co2. The lobby was trashed even though therewas plenty of help behind the counter. We're LOCAL and this was the worse visit! I love Arby's. Good fast service. Very clean place also.
Food was good. They left a new worked by herself and we waited a good 10 minutes before anyone even came to take our order even... though the manager and another worker were standing right there. Then when we tried to pay there was issues with that. I got mycup and the ice was out and so was the carbonation for the soda so it was flat. Nice facility. Drive thru was backed up so went to the inside to order. Wait was reasonable. Ordered the french swiss dip... sandwich with curly fries and a drink. Sandwich is like a poboy. Everything was fresh prepared perfectly. Service wasfriendly. Good visit! Read more
Inside seating now available. Clean and well maintained. Tried their new Philly style sandwich. Although the cashier did not... seem to know the menu well..she was very friendly. The new crinkle cut fries are good. Read more
It wasn't outstanding by any means but it was good and they managed to take care of my whole hungry party of 12 in a reasonable... amount of time. The food maybe wasn't as fresh as it could be for an Arby's but still somewhat fresh. They got all of ourorders right and we were eating rather quickly. Read more
