Last time I ordered curbside and after waiting 15 minutes I finally called. She said their camera wasn't working so they didn't... know I was there. This time I ordered pick up inside. Said it would be ready at 1:20. Stood there for several minutes beforebeing acknowledged and then she brought me my slip to sign as it was paid on line. Then I waited another 10 minutes beforefinally flagging down someone and asked her to check on my order. She rudely asked me the name as she stomped off. I won'torder again. Read more
Our waitress was not friendly. Acted like she was in a hurry to get away from the table each time she came by. Never asked if my... daughter needed a refill. Food came out quick. After she brought me my receipt to sign she never returned to the table to see ifwe need to go container, refill, or a drink to go. About 10 minutes later we were done with our food. And waited another 5 butdidn't see her come out. She had Our table and the one across from us but they already left. I noticed she got the man a refillon the tea but didn't ask the lady. And he didn't ask for a refill on the tea. Both their cups were completely empty and theyhad been sitting there about 5 minutes before she brought him one out. There were maybe 7 tables taken in the whole restaurant.I saw 3 on our side waiting tables. Very slow when we were in which it seems is the case anytime I pass by this one as well. YetTexas Roadhouse across the street was so busy there were no spots left to park except in the way back. I noticed our receiptsaid Cody but she never introduced herself. Just hurried and grabbed drink, brought them back along with the table beside uswhich was already seated when we came in but she got our order first. As we were leaving she was out back at a car talking tosomeone. Guess that's why we didn't see her again and couldn't get to go drinks. I won't ever be back to this restaurant. Asslow as it was and the floor was a bit messy when we set down. She finally did sweep. But the manager walked through twice andlooked right down at trash n the floor and kept walking. Worst dining experience ever. We stopped here because we were starving and most other restaurants were packed and this... restaurant wasn?t near as busy. Now we know why. My husband ordered a steak that looked as though it had been boiled. Themashed potatoes were greasy instant potatoes with the worst flavor ever. I ordered the chicken with shrimp. It was served on aplate full of grease. I literally took one bite and couldn?t get it down. The server was friendly but lacked the skillsnecessary for the job. Our salads were the only edible thing we received. Please take my word and eat anywhere else!!! Read more
Short staffed! Waitress waiting on a table that were seated behind us. The waitress had some food on a tray for the other guest... and she dropped some bread. Somehow some barbecue sauce went flying in the air and it landed on my husband and myself.It was inour hair? face and cloths. We both had to get up and fo to the restrooms to clean the barbecue off of us. Waitress wasn't toconcern. Food wasn't great at all! Don't know if we will be back to Applebee's. Read more
They were very busy when we first walked in with a sat us very fast within 15 minutes. Our waitress was extremely polite and... even fixed my burned order of broccoli very quickly. they were very busy all night and still manage to give us quality serviceand quality food. Read more
Unbelievably slow! Took an hour to get chips & spinach dip. Not crowded. We were about to leave but after already waited that... long we hated to. No refills. Empty before food finally arrived. Dirty dishes not picked up. Had to find another waitress andget our check Will never come back . Read more
Popped in late on Wednesday (like an hour before closing), I think we were the only customers. Friendly server got us seated... right away with waters and the big margarita special. We shared boneless wings and the Bourbon chicken & shrimp; topped it offwith the chocolate lava cake. All the food was good; Server was super great. We were out before the closing bell. Read more
No cook on staff but we didn't know until after waiting an hour for 3 burgers and a side salad. The fries were cold and stale... and the salad had rotten lettuce in the center hidden under the good on top. The service took 20 minutes to get drinks and thenanother 20 or more for the waitress to check back and ask for refills which then took another 10 or so to get. The manager wassupposedly running the kitchen and waiting tables...if you don't have the staff to run a restaurant you shouldn't be open. Read more
