Yesterday, our company ordered lunch for our staff meeting online. We accidentally placed the order for pick up, completely our... mistake. We called and spoke to a young lady and asked if she could switch it to delivery. After being on hold a few momentswhile she figured out what could be done, she came back and said we would need to cancel the order and reorder for delivery.This was not what we had hoped for since our staff meeting may have been over by that time, we decided to keep it as pick up andone of us would run over to grab it. To be clear, this was our mistake and we couldn?t be upset with them, however from ourstandpoint we didn?t understand why we couldn?t just switch it to delivery. We received a call from the store later asking if wewere still planning to pick up our food as it had been ready for some time. We said we would as soon as someone could go. One ofthe employees, Justin, ended up bringing us our food. He was very kind and professional and further explained in so many wordsthey couldn?t just switch it to delivery due to an added delivery fee, but more so their end of day numbers and inventory wouldhave been messed up. This was understandable and the fact they went above and beyond and made the delivery despite, showed carefor their customer. I see this as excellent customer service and look forward to ordering again (correctly)! Would give zero stars if I could. Wife had a quarter the bottom part of the roll just missing from the sandwich. Which seriously... did they not notice a big chunk of the roll just missing. I had ordered a large Italian sub. Received a ham and bread sandwich.For $20 dollars they really gave me 4 pieces of ham on a large roll with nothing else on it.............. worst part is its a 20minute drive each way. Total time to finally eat over an hour from my original order time considering it was to and from twice.Funny part when returning my ham and bread for an actual sandwich drive thru girl was unapologetic and rude. Asked twice forwhat I ordered. Asked for a new sprite considering all the ice melted and it went flat. Literally tried to charge for a new one.Also took 10 minutes to make the new sandwich. Was the only customer there. Not sure if these employees are high or just havezero common sense and completely void of any human interaction skills, or just dont care, but to the management, maybe trainyou're employees to have a better customer service mindset instead of the lazy dismal abyss you may call acceptable service. Howhard is it to make one sandwich. First and last time I ever go to a Jimmy John's. Subway does a better job. Just another garbageestablishment. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more
Was definitely not freaky fast with the food prep. Sat in drive thru for over 10 mins. Food was not good. Bacon was cold. Not... the Jimmy John?s experience we expected. Will not go back. Read more
I used to like Jimmy John's, it's quick and convenient, and not too expensive. It's easy to customize your sandwich, which I... always do. I've got a lettuce allergy. It's nothing major, I won't die or anything, but it will ruin the rest of myday. Unfortunately, it seems they just ignore any customization you do to your sandwich. Tons of lettuce...it's basically alettuce sandwich, and there was no mustard either. I ended up just giving it to someone at work rather than trying to pick offall those tiny shreds of lettuce. This isn't the only time this has happened, it's pretty frequent. But when they get thesandwiches right, they're good. Read more
Sorry, Jimmy Johns. Not fast, just freaky. As a regular patron of the Jimmy Johns in Severna Park, I had the worst experience... ever at a drive through today. Ordered 2 Beach Club meals, waited at least 10 minutes at the window after paying, and was giventwo sandwiches with the wheat bread squished so much that each half was only about an inch wide. Worst of all, no turkey oneither sandwich, only cheese. So I drove back around and went inside. I was told by my sandwich maker that I'd "have to wait awhile" because he had many orders in front of me. Really? My order was in front of theirs, you just screwed it up. I had waitedlong enough, so I asked for a full refund which I was given, and kept the drinks for my inconvenience. When we got home, my wifediscovered a piece of their soda machine at the bottom of her drink (see photo). Wow. Read more
Ordered tuna subs for us all for dinner. Got home, handed them out and it was mostly lettuce on the sub. The subs didn't have... tuna on them hardly at all. Very disappointing. Usually get good subs here. Won't be going back for a while..if then... Read more
Our first time having JJ sandwich. My husband went in to order. After he saw prices he just ordered for me. Sandwich prepared by... young guy. On receipt says Brandon. He made sandwich and handed to my husband. No bag, so my husband asked if he had a bag. Awoman told him the sandwich number, name. My husband asked about drink and Brandon pointed. I looked in bag but no napkin. Myhusband couldn?t find them. The meat is good, so much lettuce the meat rolls off. We had heard good food and service. Will goback to local shop in MVL Read more
