Terrible customer service. I was the only person in the store, and four staff members working. No one greeted me or asked to... take my order. When someone did offer to make my order, she was so rude and angry and just kept muttering - I honestly do notknow why I didn't just walk out. I won't be back, but, I don't think it matters to this team. Read more
They are always pretty quick with drinks, it should be noted however recently their dine in has been closed. They always make... good drinks however and the staff is amazing good job! Read more
This is the absolute worst DD I have ever been to...the donuts hard and smashed a mocha coffee took 20 minutes to fix the loaded... w/chocolate ???? the owner was very rude...and the only thing they give for seniors is a 5% discount. Oh you have to ask forit... BOTH restrooms were OUT OF ORDER. really. What do the workers use. Lol Anyway Never Again!!! Read more
Store is okay. Employees are friendly. The issue, what has been the issue since they started employing teens (no offense) is... that the coffee is bitter. I get extra extra. And despite that, it tastes like no sugar was added at all. Except the last twoswallows. They taste great. The issue is that the coffee is not being stirred. So the sugar and the creamer is not being mixedinto the coffee. And it wouldn't be an issue if I were going straight home I could stir myself. But in the car, with no way todo that, you have no choice but to drink it. The other issue is they give you 5 coffees and no tray. They actually hand you 5coffees, one by one out of the window and don't think to offer one. Like where am I putting them all? My head? ???? And ....They don't give you the tabs to cover the mouth piece. So boiling coffee hits your hands as you're balancing them. I do ask forthe trays now. But the first few times I just figured they'd give them. But now I ask when I order and again at the window whenthey forget. I don't normally complain. But last time the coffee splashed out and burned the h*** out of me. Maybe teach themto put the tabs in every time. They know you're driving. Most people will want them. And if they can't do that then go back tothe lids with the open/close tab. I'm not putting down the teens. I only mentioned that the issue started with them becauseprior, when the owners worked there, they stirred the coffee and always gave trays if you bought more than 2 coffees. I thinkyounger kids just don't think about that. But it would be helpful if they did this small change. :) Thanks!!! Read more
Good coffee, but terrible food. I would have gone back to complain, but I didn't have time as I was on the way to work.
Tried to order food through mobile app. Was not able to pick it up without sitting in a giant drive thru line?
