We ordered takeout today for lunch, and the food was horrible. The food was cold and very greasy. The standard of this... restaurant is very poor. I attempted to call the restaurant several times, and the calls were not answered. The food upset ourstomachs, which is always a very bad indication that the food wasn't properly prepared or sanitary practices were not met. Certain items were replaced with other items, without our knowledge. Please use extra precautions when ordering from thislocation. I regret having to rate this location with one star. One star isn't warranted for our horrible experience. Read more

Terrible experience? not only was ordering at the drive-thru extremely painful (now I know why? the kid taking my order was... listening to me in one ear and music in the other), but when I got my food? they not only forgot my children?s drinks, but mineas well as they rushed me through the window. When I got home I realized they did not give me my drinks, so I promptly droveback? only to find the manager sitting in the main seating area, on her phone? eating her meal? ignoring my knocks at the door.When she finally did come to the door, it was ME who was disturbing her slumber and not even an apology for forgetting ourdrinks. Our order was incorrect? no toy in the kids meal. This place is a joke! Read more

Food is pretty Popeyes standard. But the staff and customer service is worst. They need to replace entire drive through setup,... it takes forever to order. Staff can never hear you. Annoyed ????, Have to repeat numerous times to order, after 9 orders areextremely long. To pick up mobil order we had to wait in drive through line for more than 40 min. Read more

when I got there to order inside, the lady manager told me to order online, cause they were having issues with the credit cards.... I ordered online to pick up inside the store, when I went inside the manager told me need to pick up drive through. When Idrove trough pick up I waited for 30 minutes to get to the speaker. Told the guy I ordered online, he checked and told me theorder was in. When I got to the pick up window already 40 minutes waiting. The manager was talking to the employees, they didnot acknowledge that I was at the pick up window. She, the manager was having a meeting with all the employees. It took 5 moreminutes to be acknowledge and get my order. I do not recomend this location the managemente change from bad to a worst newmanagement. Read more

What happened to the size of the chicken? The wing they sent is so small that it has little to no meat. The thigh is also small... and mostly breading. I haven't eaten here in a couple months, but I can't imagine that much of a change in size since then. Read more

Waited for ten minutes in line and the girl in the window almost didn't give me the biscuits that came with my order. The guy... that took my order didn't seem to understand what I was saying, but I let it go(I'm the son of an immigrant myself). However Igot home to find that instead of replacing wings for extra drumsticks, I found that ALL they gave me was wings and drumsticks. No thigh or beast meat. I paid $40 for a glorified kid's meal! My husband asked that I pick up Popeyes. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait in a drive thru line, the staff... was pleasant, and my food order was correct! This was my first time trying the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Thefacility should be remodeled or deep cleaned. Read more

For a Popeyes, it was one of the best experiences I've had. Everything was very good. It would be nice if they asked if you want... jelly, honey or hot sauce. Theyr6 Google maps information is incorrect, it says they have dine in. Read more
