I don't usually write reviews but I don't think this should be left unknown. I went with my sister to dine in at around 9 PM on... September 20 and the person who was cleaning was extremely rude and out of nowhere started being racist towards me and two otherpeople who were waiting for their food. She started yelling "Go back to your country" and other stuff which I don't think isworth mentioning on here. I've been at this location several times and have never experienced this. I actually have neverexperienced this in my life. I hope McDonald's does something about this, because it is definitely an unpleasant experiencing. Read more
Customer service is trash. It's not often that the food tastes fresh. And they have a very difficult time getting orders... correct, it's laughable. They are on the way to my job and I've stopped here at least 3 times. Never a hit or miss just miss. Iasked for a steak egg and cheese bagel with no egg. This is what they gave me. Wth is this. When I went back in to get thecorrect meal, There wasn't much of an, I apologize let me correct this, it was more of an inconvenience for them. Throw thewhole mcdonalds away! Read more
This restaurant is just bad. Just started working in the area a month ago. Been there four or five times. It's just kind of... unbelievable how poorly trained the staff is. I've got an iced coffee each time and every time it was made completely different.A couple of the times the food was cold and stale. Got attitude from one of the workers at the window. Sat in line as fourpeople went ahead of me because this is a dual Lane drive-thru and the worker on my side wasn't paying attention or something. Read more
So this McDonalds is the closest to my home so my son and I visit often. On a good day, they're slow at best. My most recent... visit however, is the reason I'll never go there again. I pulled up with my kid after working a 12 hour shift and there wasanother vehicle at the other speaker. No one came over the speaker but to say hello. No one ever took our order. So after acouple minutes, I pull up to the first window. There were 3 female employees standing there talking. One of them sees me atthe window and no lie...... ALL THREE OF THEM DUCKED DOWN! Like.... you know I can still see yall heads, right? One of themeven had the audacity to try to waddle around the corner! I stayed there for a minute or two then finally pulled off. Although the lobby was not busy, it took a half hour to get our food. When we did get it, we were missing half the order. There... was however a steady stream of door dash orders that kept the one front-line worker incredibly busy. Read more
Food was burnt. The seating area was trashy. Slow service. I'd skip this location.
Service so bad... I just wanted a soft drink. There was no one in line, but it still took 8 minutes for anyone to take our... order, we ended up drinking off, she said "be with you in a moment " 7 minutes later... nothing. Nobody is in line, except theguy sitting behind me, keeps changing lines because he was here longer, but NO ONE took his order...this is crazy. Read more
You just cant make this up.I ordered a Carmel sundae from the kiosk, took number 23 and sat down. I am the only person in here.... Been waiting 20 minutes. No sundae. No one is at the registers, one young man is standing back there on his phone. Its like theDemocratic party runs this place. I'm so glad we raised the minimum wage. Read more
