First off, my fries tasted like month old dirty oil. Said fries weren't even warm. My fruit pie was overcooked and the shell... tasted like a cheap eggroll you get from the freezer section of Walmart. My premium nuggets were more like gold nuggets butwithout the fun. Read more
It's Arby's, so you know what to expect - a varied menu of quality items that are a welcome break from the monotony of lesser... fast food joints. I like the value of the 2 for $6 mix and match offerings. The new lemonade line looked interesting, but withno refills was a little too high for me to try. I went with the sweet tea instead. I went through the drive thru for lunch. I ordered a combo with the only change being what sauce they put on it. My order was 5... extra dollars at the window and, to top it off, my $13.00 chicken sandwich was RAW in the middle. I had to throw it away and buyanother lunch somewhere else. Their employee was very flippant with me and didn't want to address the price increase. They mayhave got my money this time, but they won't get it again. Read more
We saw a sign in the window saying $1 kid meals with combo purchases. So we got 3 combos and wanted 2 kids meals. They said the... promotion was over. We asked why the sign was still up then and if they would honor it, the guy said for one. So, we asked for a6pc. nugget meal, he replied " I can do a 4 pc." I work in retail at a corporation, if you forget to take down a sign or ifsomething is mislabeled, the right thing to do is honor the customer's request. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Staff was fast, friendly, knowledgeable and I did not get the slack when I told them I had a... coupon. FYI... the receipt did not have Arby's name on it. It said resteraunt #xyz, which gave me a chuckle. Read more
