Wife tried the new sandwich bowl (or what ever it was called) and really like it. Food was the normal subway, good like always.

In a pinch, this is a decent Subway to visit. The past few times I have visited however, my food even after being toasted was... still quite cold in the middle and not as appetizing as I would have hoped for. Read more

Would rate this place a 0 star if I could. Jus got informed there telling employees they are gunna miss classes (college) or... were gunna replace you... Who they need to replace is mangers who run a business like that. No wonder there short staffed... Read more

False advertising. Poor customer service. The two girls working were talking when I came in. They did not greet me, nor look at... me. When they were finished talking, she only then asked what i was wanting. I ordered the foot long sub of the day since thesign outside on the window said foot long sub of the day for $6.99. When I paid I noticed the price was higher than it shouldhave been. She told me "there isn't a button" to get the sub of the day for $6.99 & said something about they don't honor theiradvertisement because minimum wage went up??! Anddd I got the wrong bread. ???????????? I hope they're better with othercustomers! Read more

My family and I went there tonight for the first time and it will be our last time as well. Horrific customer service from the... two "workers" that were on the closing shift. They were both rude, unprofessional, and had very poor work ethic. They tossed oursandwiches all around and their entire preparation of our food was extremely sloppy. We were the only customers in theestablishment so it's not like they were in such a hurry that they couldn't properly prepare our orders. If this is the type ofemployees they hire then I can only imagine the lack of competency of the managers and owner. Read more

Purchased a large fountain soda. The cherry soda needed switched out. It was all water/carbonation. Upon asking 1 of 2 staff... members if they were gonna switch it out I was told, " well, right now we have customers. We will get it later." That was notthe answer I needed. There were 3 customers behind me. I kinda thought, since I purchased my food and soda that I was still acustomer. So rather than be rude back, I just went across the street and bought another soda. Finally got to try the ginger-sesame chicken wrap (on spinach wrap). It was better than I had hoped. Me & my daughter came in... right behind a college golf team (they had just beaten my alma mater). The 2 girls had 13 customers to take care of & they didit perfectly. No mistakes & it was still fast. This is actually my favorite Subway Read more
